BOOSTER CLUB TAILGATE
Booster Club Members - Join us TODAY at 4:30 pm for our annual Booster Club Member Appreciation Tailgate at Kingston Stadium in the SE corner of the parking lot. Not a member? No worries - membership applications will be available at the tailgate. Join the Kennedy Booster Club and enjoy an evening of tailgating before and during the sophomore game. Then head into the stadium to cheer our Cougars onto victory. Teriyaki chicken, burgers, hotdogs, and much, much more will be served. Come out and join the fun!

Homecoming InformationJFK HOMECOMING
The Homecoming Game will be played on Friday, October 1st against CR Jefferson. The 2010 King and Queen will be announced between the sophomore and varsity football games.
The Dance is scheduled for Saturday, October 2nd from 7:30 to 11 pm. Tickets are $8 in advance and $10 at the door or October 1st through the dance. Tickets will be sold before school and during lunch. NO after school sales.
Powder Puff football will be played Wednesday, September 29th from 2-4 pm on the school grounds. (This is an early dismissal date) Get your teams organized now!

The Kennedy Varsity Golf Team successfully won their third straight CRANDIC golf title Tuesday at Finkbine Golf Course in Iowa City. Senior Dane Worley led the charge for Kennedy with a two-over par 74 and junior Cody Bell finished second overall with a solid 76. Congratulations Cougars!

Congratulations to Austin Christensen for being named to the 2010 Baseball All State "Super Team" by the Iowa High School Baseball Coaches Association. Christensen, a junior, led the Cougars to the 2010 Class 4A State Championship. Senior Ryan Dusil was a 1st Team selection for the Cougs.
